Coen may be the son of two powerful members of Leadership Society-with all the privileges that such a position brings-but he is also lonely. When his parents invite his cousin, Isa, to visit in hopes of giving him a break from his isolation, Isa arrives with an agenda of her own. Her best friend, Wren, is missing, and she wants Coen's help to find her. But instead of finding Wren, their search shines a light on the real workings of Leadership Council and uncovers an urgent and deadly problem. Coen must figure out if he is brave enough to save a stranger's life, even if it means putting his own life in danger.

Elody Elizabeth has had a crush for a hundred years ... okay, maybe more like a hundred weeks. The problem is, she is shy--very shy. So, being able to talk to her crush seems impossible. If only talking to her crush was as easy as hanging out with Dean, her best friend, and next-door neighbor. But that's not the only problem. Elody is an incredible pianist and wants to attend a summer music academy; the thing is, she has to create a recorded audition, and after what happened the last time she performed, she is terrified. Can she overcome her stage fright to have a chance at getting into the summer music academy? And what happens when an embarrassing move brings her face to face with the king of her crush castle?
I'm Still Elody Elizabeth is a story about friendship, family and first crushes, but most of all, it is a story about learning to love ourselves and all the unique things that make us exactly who we are.
⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ This a great book for those who don’t enjoy reading, and also avid readers. Cute, laughed out loud. Good read for boys or girls.
In the not-too-distant future, Leadership controls everything and everyone, and a new regulation threatens to take away 13-year-old Wren's little brother. Already telling from her grandmother's relocation, Wren must give up school, her friends, and the protection of her parents to save her little brother from the cold grip of efficiency. Can Wren and her brother survive the exhausting journey, the scorching desert, and the threatening grasp of Leadership to cross the border to safety and freedom?
The pacing of this book kept me turning pages and cheering for the efforts of the kids. The characters were heart warming and brave and I cheered for them every step.
Great story!
